Shipping Times

For ready-made orders, our team processes orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for product development, glazing and firing process. Please note that delivery times may vary and we try our best to get the products to you as soon as possible..
For standard shipping within Canada, you can normally expect your package to arrive in approximately 3-7 business days. For locations further away from Ottawa, please allow additional shipping time.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Local pick up is always an option. Select this option at check out and I will contact you to arrange pick up or drop off options.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the number of items you order, and is fixed rate based on weight and size. Below are some examples of how shipping rates have been fixed within the store. Shipping rates are subject to change.

1 mug $15 flat fee

2 mugs $20 flat fee

3+ mugs $25 flat fee

1-5 ornaments $15 flat fee

5-10 ornaments $20 flat fee

etc.
